Microchip MRF24J40MA Radio-Frequency Transceiver Modules
Microchip´s MRF24J40MA FCC-certified radio-frequency (RF) transceiver module
provides a complete wireless networking solution serving the 2.4GHz
unlicensed industrial, scientific, and medical short-range wireless
frequency band for the IEEE 802.15.4™ specification, for ZigBee®,
or proprietary wireless-protocol systems. The surface mount module is
designed for use with a variety of 8-bit, 16-bit, and 32-bit PIC® microcontrollers (MCUs). When combined with the MiWi™ Peer-to-Peer software-protocol stacks or other free Microchip
development tools, the devices allow designers to easily design
low-power wireless networking products quickly and inexpensively.
Microchip PIC32 Microcontrollers
Microchip´s PIC32 family of 32-bit microcontrollers provide high performance and increased memory along with pin, peripheral, and software compatibility to Microchip's 16-bit MCU/DSC families. The PIC32 MCUs operate up to 80MHZ with core features including a best-in-class 1.5 DMIPS/MHz core operation, 32-bit address and data paths, 32-bit linear addressing, two sets of 32 x 32-bit core register files, data-space capabilities up to 512KB Flash and 32KB RAM, as well as single-cycle multiply and high-performance divide unit for 32-bit integer math, and a host of integrated peripherals for cost savings and simplified design. PIC32 MCUs are fully supported by Microchip's free MPLAB® Integrated Development Environment.
Microchip UNI/O™ Serial EEPROM
Microchip´s UNI/O™ Serial EEPROMs have a single I/O bus interface and are based on Microchip's UNI/O™ memory-device protocol. The devices are the first single I/O EEPROMs that can support any data rate from 10kHz to 100kHz and the only 1-16K EEPROMs available in a 3-pin SOT-23 package. The devices feature status registers, noise filtering, robust ESD protection for the highest reliability, and software write protection for 1/4, 1/2, or full array. The EEPROMs are ideal for use in portable/handheld and battery-powered devices in automotive, medical, consumer electronic, and industrial markets.
