TI eZ430-RF2500 Development Tool
Texas Instruments´ eZ430-RF2500 complete wireless development tool for MSP430 and CC2500 MCUs includes all the hardware and software required to develop an entire wireless project with the MSP430 in a convenient USB stick. The TI tool includes a USB-powered
emulator to program and debug applications in-system and two 2.4GHz
wireless target boards featuring the highly integrated MSP430F2274 ultra-low power MCU. Using the IAR Embedded Workbench Integrated Development Environment (IDE) or Code Composer Essentials (CCE),
users can write and download an application at full speed with hardware
breakpoints and single stepping. The kits’ software includes a protocol
stack for low-power RF networks and hardware-abstraction layers to simplify designing and prototyping wireless systems.
Texas Instruments MSP430 Microcontrollers
Texas Instruments´ MSP430 Family of ultra-low power microcontrollers (MCUs) includes several devices featuring different sets of peripherals for various applications. TI's MSP430 features a powerful 16-bit RISC CPU, 16-bit registers, and constant generators that attribute to maximum code efficiency. The digitally controlled oscillator allows wake-up from low-power mode to active mode in less than 6µS.
